PRĀṆAROOTS by Prity Singh (“we”, “us”) operates www.pranarootsbyprity.in and provides holistic health coaching bookings online. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

By using our website or booking a session, you agree to this privacy policy.

When you book a session or express interest in a retreat, we may collect: your name, age, email address, phone number, country, state or city, chosen program, preferred session date and time, and payment-related identifiers (such as payment status and transaction reference).

We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Razorpay for Indian payments and Wise for international payments).

We use your information to: confirm and manage your booking; send booking confirmation and reminder emails; create calendar events with Google Meet links for scheduled sessions; respond to enquiries; and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use trusted service providers to run the website:

• Supabase — secure database and admin authentication for booking records.

• Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmations and reminders).

• Razorpay — payment processing for clients in India.

• Wise — payment processing for international clients.

• Google Calendar API — when a booking is confirmed, our admin system creates a calendar event on the coach’s Google Calendar with a Google Meet link. Only the business owner connects their Google account; clients do not sign in with Google.

• Vercel — website hosting.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Our admin booking system requests access to Google Calendar solely to create, update, and delete coaching session events (including Google Meet links) on the calendar of the business owner.

We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate the booking service (hosting and database storage of event IDs and meeting links associated with bookings).

The business owner can disconnect Google Calendar access at any time from the admin dashboard.

Booking records are retained as long as needed to manage sessions, provide support, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your booking data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure hosting, and access controls on admin systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
