About Prity

Prity is trained in Holistic nutrition and ayurveda under mentors like Dr Mark Hyman, Dr. Eric Berg, globally renowned health authorities in the world through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). What once began as her personal journey of healing from hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, GERD and rheumatoid arthritis, became a path of sharing the wisdom of healing. Now she is working with business owners, athletes, working professionals and guiding people globally to help them achieve holistic health naturally. Her speciality is in chronic condition reversal.
As a certified yoga teacher, Prity incorporates yogic philosophy, pranyama, pranic kriyas and asanas into her methodology, a holistic framework of health and healing with modern science and ancient wisdom.
